Along with the annual list of most popular baby names, the SSA also publishes a list of the top twin names. They are mostly just combinations of the usual top baby names but there are a few in there that are unusual.
The 6th most popular combination for girl/girl twins is Heaven and Nevaeh. Nevaeh was the 34th most popular name of 2009 and Heaven was down at #275.
There were a couple geography-themed name pairs in the girl/girl list: London/Paris at #16 and Savannah/Sierra at #30. Savannah is the only name in this group in the top 100 at #40.
In the boy/girl list, Jayda/Jayden comes in at #8 and is followed at #9 by Jada/Jaden, then Jada/Jayden at #28. If you add those up you have 33 occurrences of Jada/Jaden variants, and I would guess there are a couple Jayda/Jaden pairs out there. So adjusting for variations in spelling, the Jada/Jaden pair seems to be the top boy/girl twin pair.
