The babies went into the doctor's office yesterday for their 6 month checkup and immunizations. They got 3 shots and an oral vaccine and felt really bad the rest of the day and night, but they are feeling better now.
Ben weighed 16 lbs 7 oz, was 25.5" tall and had a 43.7 cm head circumference. Evie was 15 lbs 12 oz, 25.25" tall and had a 42.4 cm head circumference. They are in higher percentiles in all of those measurements now, which means they are "catching up" with other 6 month babies. They are now right around the 50% percentile for 5 month babies which is a better measure because they were a month early.
They can start eating little rice puff things and drinking water from cups now.
